JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves supporting tasks related to talent development, HR development, and post-employment skill development, handling an average of 5-10 project clients per month, and accompanying sales representatives on office visits. You will also prepare necessary documents in Japanese and assist external consultants.

REQUIREMENTS:
In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Japanese, knowledge of N1, experience with N2, communication skills, and consulting skills.
Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Sales Assistant, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Training, Employee, and Consultant.
