Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường, xác định đối tượng khách hàng mục tiêu, kênh tiếp cận phù hợp với chiến lược của Tập đoàn & các đơn vị thành viên;
Xây dựng chiến lược hợp lý, phù hợp với xu hướng thị trường, định hướng của Tập đoàn & đặc thù của từng đơn vị;
Trực tiếp làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan về nội dung và post lên các kênh social media của Tập đoàn & các đơn vị: website, facebook fanpage, forum topic, youtube, …;
Xây dựng & quảng bá hình ảnh của Tập đoàn & các đơn vị trên các phương tiện Social Media;
Quản lý các trang mạng xã hội và phát triển các trang Fanpage, các kênh liên quan khác để giới thiệu và tăng tương tác với người dùng;
Cập nhật và áp dụng kiến thức, xu hướng mới về social media maketing nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công việc.
