JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a passionate Customer Service. If you're eager to grow in the business world and ready to take the next step in your career, join our team and help shape the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with the Manager to respond to clients.
Filing & documentation.
Handle other customer service sales administration tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or above in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
English communication skills.
Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
High pressure & time management skills.
In terms of skills, candidates should have: Excel, communication skills, time management, English and responsibility.
Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Customer Service, Customer Relations, Fulltime, Customer Support and Customer Relationship.

Working time: 40 hours per week, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Salary, Bonus: as negotiation.
